The topic is surprising. The filigree, detailed and partly bizarre pictures of the photo artist Nick Veasey fascinate. For more than 20 years the British artist has been dealing with the aesthetics of X-rays and is considered a master in the field of artistic X-ray photography. Other photographers work in studios – Veasey runs his own radiation laboratory, where his extraordinary pictures are created in elaborate procedures under the highest security measures. With his motives he lets us dive into another dimension of perception and makes us marvel. To reveal the inner life of things is his declared aim.
