A quarry in Ditzingen, Germany, has produced an image calendar over many years that one would not expect from a building materials company. The result is all the more inspiring. Every year, Rombold und Gfröhrer puts the concept and design in the hands of a creative team and, with its unusual image calendar, keeps telling new stories about the quarry. In previous years, it was about wild plants, the animal world, stone mills and aftershifts, shadow cracks and a search for traces. In 2021, the annual calendar is dedicated to the theme of the Stone Age and tells the story of the creation of the world and the shell limestone. Once again really strong and good for years.
